Ingredients:

2 oz Harleston Green
0.25 oz honey syrup (or simple syrup)
2 dashes of angostura bitters

Preparation:

1. Fill mixing glass (shaker) with ice
2. Add honey syrup, bitters, and Harleston Green
3. Stir well
4. Double strain into chilled coupe or cocktail glass
5. Garnish with an orange peel

Ingredients:

1 oz Harleston Green
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz campari
orange wedge

Preparation:

1. Fill mixing glass (shaker) with ice
2. Add campari, sweet vermouth and Harleston Green
3. Stir well
4. Strain into whiskey glass of ice
5. Garnish with an orange wedge

0.75 oz blood orange juice (or orange juice)
0.75 oz cherry heering
orange zest

Preparation:

1. Fill mixing glass (shaker) with ice
2. Add blood orange juice (or orange juice), sweet vermouth, cherry heering, and Harleston Green
3. Shake vigorously
4. Double strain into chilled coupe or cocktail glass
5. Garnish with orange zest

Ingredients:

1.75 oz Harleston Green
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh apple juice
6-7 mint leaves
ginger beer
spring of mint (for garnish)

Preparation:

1. Fill mixing glass (shaker) with ice
2. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, apple juice, mint leaves, and Harleston Green
3. Shake vigorously
4. Double strain into a low ball glass with crushed ice
5. Top with ginger beer
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint
